When appropriate, we use orthopedic assessment techniques, range-of-motion testing, and muscle and movement evaluation to identify areas of restriction, tension, or discomfort. These findings help us choose a personalized massage therapy approach for your needs.

Personalized hands-on massage therapy.

Your treatment may combine therapeutic massage, deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and targeted muscle work, depending on your assessment and comfort. We adapt pressure, techniques, and treatment areas to help ease muscle tension, improve comfortable movement, and address your specific concerns.

We check your response and track progress.

After treatment, we may reassess your range of motion, muscle tension, and level of discomfort. At your next visit, we discuss how long the improvement lasted and adjust your treatment plan when needed. Our goal is to follow your progress, not simply repeat the same massage every time.
